TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service apply to the website playwarrock.com, the WARRIDGE game server, the launcher and our official Discord server (together the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the client or using the Service in any other way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. A FREE GAME

WARRIDGE is an independent online military shooter developed by our team. Playing is free, and we do not accept real-world payment for in-game items, currency, premium status or any other advantage.

3. WHO MAY PLAY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you may only register with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The game client runs on Windows PCs (a Linux launcher is provided as well).

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

  • One person per account. Your website login and your in-game login are the same account.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Staff will never ask for your password.
  • Do not share, sell, buy, trade or give away accounts.
  • Use a working e-mail address that belongs to you – it is needed to confirm your account and to reset your password.
  • Usernames and player names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, contain real-world advertising or impersonate staff or other players. We may rename or block such names.
  • Multiple accounts are allowed for normal play, but not to abuse events, coupons, rankings or to evade a ban.

5. FAIR PLAY AND CONDUCT

The following is not allowed:

  • Cheats, hacks, bots, macros, aimbots, wallhacks, speedhacks, modified game files or any third-party program that gives you an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches. If you find a bug, report it to the staff instead of using it – thank you!
  • Attacking, overloading or trying to break into the server, the website or other players' accounts.
  • Insults, harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, sexual content or sharing other people's private data.
  • Spam, scams, phishing links and advertising for other servers or services.
  • Pretending to be a staff member.
  • Trading in-game items, currency or accounts for real money or real-world goods.

6. ANTI-CHEAT AND PENALTIES

To keep the game fair, the game server and its anti-cheat record technical data such as your IP address, hardware identifiers (HWID) and network adapter address (MAC). Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Breaking these terms can lead to a warning, a mute, a temporary or permanent ban of your account and, for cheating or ban evasion, a ban of the hardware you used. The staff decides depending on how serious the case is. Bans apply in game and on the website. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal via a ticket on our Discord server or by e-mail.

7. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND CURRENCY

Dinar, NX Cash, weapons, costumes and all other in-game items are part of the game only. They have no real-world value, cannot be paid out and do not belong to you. Coupon codes can be redeemed once and only as announced. We may change, balance, reset or remove items, currency, statistics or rankings, for example after a bug, an exploit or a server reset ("wipe").

8. DISCORD AND COMMUNITY

These rules also apply on our official Discord server, together with the Discord rules and Discord's own terms. If you log in with Discord, we may add you to our Discord server automatically.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

The Service is run by volunteers in their free time. We try to keep it online, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Maintenance, updates, downtime and data loss can happen. We may change or end features, or end the project as a whole, at any time.

10. LIABILITY

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". We are not liable for damage caused by using the Service, by downtime or by the loss of virtual items or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law – in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Download and install the client only from playwarrock.com.

11. ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us from the e-mail address of your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

12. PRIVACY

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page; important changes are announced on our website or Discord. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
